“I'm taking my RV to Point Mallard Park in Decatur, AL tomorrow - in order to snag a good camping spot. There is a "Spirit of America" festival at Point Mallard every year and it's lots of fun. Marty Stuart will perform the night of the 3rd, and on the 4th there will be lots of cool events including fireworks ... and it's FREE!!

There is a parade for kids on the 4th and I've already started decorating my kids wagon for the parade. My 12 yr old will be pulling the 5 yr old in the wagon.

Then it is off to Kent City, MI for the yearly friends 4th celebration. Then we will return on Monday, maybe....”
