Happy Monday! Well it's been a gross morning so far. One of my neighbor's cats was in a fight, and now has a dime-sized oozing hole by his left ear. At least it's not oozing pus any more, and it doesn't smell, but jeebees that thing is gross! I cleaned it up a bit this morning and my neighbor put pet antibiotic ointment on it. The cat's rubbed most of the fur off of the side of his head, including his ear. I know it's healing, but it's so gross. He also loves all the attention. He'd be a cupcake if he wasn't an outdoor cat. Heck, he is a cupcake. Other than that, my morning is off to an okay start. My daughter refuses to acknowledge it's time to get up, so she's sleeping in my bed with one of our cats. I think she has the right idea. It's reheated coffee this morning. :( We put our tree up saturday, got the lights and 98% of the ornaments on last night. It's lovely tree.
