Part-time there would pay more than double what I make working 12 hour days as a sub. Things came to a head today, and quite honestly I'm ready to give up the teaching gig for something less stressful. Bottom line, give more money to the schools. Not to pay the subs but to get more computers in the school. I literally, for 4 weeks cannot get time for my kids to use the computers. That's not right. Beautiful here today. Went for a walk with the neighbor and her girls, helped the old guy across the street after a nasty fall (he went by ambulance for an MRI), planted some bulbs I found sprouting in the garage, and cooked a nice dinner.
