Always hits me bad after I've done a lot of heavy work using gross muscle movement - then my arms and wrist fall asleep trying to do the fine stuff. Went to a homeopathic nurse a few months ago, got a remedy, and have largely been cured so far. Worth checking out once you've ruled out any possible underlying medical causes.
