I get my info from a 30-year veteran of the Justice Dept. (Criminal Division). You should hang out with the FBI and the GBI when they have their guard down sometime. It's very educational.

*** None. I never actually broke any laws and never went to trial on anything.

I have very similar background to the main character. The primary difference was I had money available for bail/bond and attorneys. Self defense of one's person and another that is a direct responsibility (read as you will) is NOT illegal and all charges were dropped.

*** The other incident involved strangers assualting family member at my family members house. Unfortunately, the stranger was very connected with cop and a the po-dunk howler county people. I was charged with things I did not do in that case, things which were not even possible. I was indicted. Later, all charges were dropped.

*** I never EVER committed perjury. I have PROOF that a cop did in the second incident. (Tape of grand jury indictment testimony of cop verses 6 peoples testimony, and basic math and logic.)

*** In Clinton's situation, he obstructed justice and committed perjury. Still, he was not criminally punished. He was professionally punished by a BAR and sanctioned.

*** Really. Why? I am church guy, a vet., a competitive shooter (with several cops), and know a few county attorneys (none in the counties I've been charged - figures), found state cops to be no better than any other, and generally have more skill, ability, and training than most cops.

*** It is purely a matter of political pull and whom you know. That is how I got in trouble the second time and had such a difficult time with a completely impossible situation. I knew no on in the hickville county. The other guy was from the largest family in the county. True, they were all inbred, knuckle draggers, but votes count.
