“Yeah, he seems to be OK. He's laying around but he always does that. He doesn't limp when he walks, he jumped off the porch and back up. I hate to spend $ on the vet if he don't need it. We'll see how he is in the morning.

My dog got spooked by lightning and ran in front of a car doing about 35 and took a good, long flight. She ended up getting rolled in the mud. My wife is a clean freak and decided that effective first aid required an immediate bath. I got home and she told me the dog had been hit by a car. I expected her to tell me where her body was when she bounded out all clean and fluffy. I took her to the vet and x-rays showed nothing wrong. She never even showed any pain. I'm pretty sure I'd have been at least a little sore. I hope your dog is fine.
