Big Frog

“Had a pretty good time this weekend. Didn't hike quit as much as I wanted to, but still had fun. One thing that sorta bothered me a little bit was the grown up trails up there. Especially Fork Ridge Trail. Bout lost the trail a few times. But it was all fun. I would go back anytime.”

“ok thats great, but what about the frog? i was all geared up to hear of this enormous amphibian & all i get is weeds on the trail!”

“He must have been hiking near a nuke power plant... they get mutant frogs all the time :}”

“the more "weed" ya use, the bigger the frog gets!”

“Big Frog Wilderness has big bears. I didn't name it, I just continue to call it that.

Actually, if you look at the mountain from Chilowee Mountain, it looks like a giant frog.”

“I don't know what i'm talking about most of the time. Nope didn't see any bears, sorta suprised me.”

“Love the Big Frog, did my first ultralight trip there over 2 years ago! Not one single bear for me too, dangit. Had me some ijit horseriders tho, member those ppl WD?”

Yeah, it could use a bit of trail maintance on some of the lesser used trails. Fall would be the best time to tackle that area.”
