Stratdewd never tried to light a Marlboro Light in a 40 mph breeze, apparently.

Zippo's are heavy, they don't work well in the wind, and the lighter fluid evaporates too quickly. I love mine anyways. They do have style.

I got one from Kosovo
I like `em myself, but I keep and use both kinds. Each is a tool and over the years I`ve learned a little more about which one to take for what-ever kind of job.

there heavy, but they really can't be compared with Bics. Bics are supposed to cheap and disposible. Zippos are supposed to be refillable and last forever. But i still like Bic's too. Plus when ur done with them you can throw them at a rock and they explode. :)

Bics float like Zippos won't ;o)
Sure, Zippos look better, but then again, I'm not out there to impress people.

Mine won't hold fluid long enough to be useful. Maybe I'm doing some thing wrong but it is not practical for me.
