I can see, once I get my finger out of m y eye!

“Ice Tea got contacts. -Ouch... It took me 30 minuts to get them out today. I think the right contact doesn't fit too well. Tomorrow I'm going to have it checked out.

PS: I have some cool pics of my summer camp. 2 being the staff's pet bear, Johnny. One other is me in a crazy costume, known as "Half and Half". I'll try and get them up tomorrow.

“it's funny how the more it hurts..the less your eye will cooperate with you to get it out of your eye. Give them time, endure a lil discomfort till your eyelids build up ridges..you'll have great side view vision....no more dirty lenses..and screwed up frames...”

“It took me a long time to get used to them. Then I got lasik. If you think they are a pain at home, wait till you are on the trail.”

“(RIGHT EYE)..place clean contact on end pad of middle finger...use your ring finger right below your bottom eyelid to pull bottom of the eyelid down slightly..look slightly up...and place contact softly on the eye...press the lens to eye pushing out any air bubbles...then close eye.....**optional** and i press the heel of my palm into my eye socket further pressing out any air pockets...if you over handle the lens when putting it in...use a few drops of solution in your eye or wetting drops...till your eyes get used to them use lots of rewetting drops


it also helps before putting in lens to lightly pull your eyelashes and brush through your eyebrows to dislodge any loose ones that may drop into your eye when your attempting to put the lens' in...THAT HURTS LIKE PISS!!!”

“sooooo glad I can't have contacts - if I ever need glasses again that is. ugh!”

“I never had that big of a problem with contacts. After a while I didn't even need a mirror to install or remove them, I just did it by touch. The real kicker to make putting them in and especially taking them out is use drops right brfore you mess with them. Makes it a lot less difficult.”
