i hiked to clouds rest with my wife and two daughters just over a month ago and recognize many of the beautiful spots that you so expertly
photographed....what a great 360 degree view of the park from up there!!

One of the most memorable night's/morning's in my life was a bivy on Clouds Rest (we "slept" kinda sitting up because there was no place to lay down)..watching the sunrise's, as the sun passed from one band of clouds to the next and looking down at the snow covered mountains and hills was something I will never forget. That was what motivated me to keep going back to the mountains, trying to get that "high" again.

I bivied up there once with a friend. The sunrise and sunset was awesome! The water we carried was HEAVY!
