“a guy told me today that granite shipped to the us from china (for an importer) costs $3/ft**2 ... and sells for $80/ft**2. makes you think, doesn't it? like, why does UPS charge 12 bucks for shipping a package to the next state when you can turn a $77/ft**2 profit on a cargo container full of rocks.
