All at once are called straight pushups, or "easy ones." I'm at around 60 now. Started out at 20 several months ago.

Super sets are when you do 30, rest for 30 seconds, do 30 more, and so on until you can't do anymore. Some people do 20/20 sets, whatever. Builds endurance and is actually a little harder than straight pushups.

25/25 supersets
Just did five 25/25 super sets (125 total). Was pretty easy, but before the last set I rested a little longer than 25 seconds. More like 40. Also I was a little careless in that my nose didn't always touch the ground, usually went back up about an inch from the ground, but my back was straight as a board. As it always is.

100 pups?
Way to go birch. You are a pushups STUD. Keep it up and you're gonna make me look bad, lol.

Did you hit a wall at some point in that 100 set, or was it steady sailin all the way through? I find if I start out kinda slow and let my muscles relax at the beginning I have more stamina.

Bude, no real wall while doing them. I tend to do them as fast as I can (without compromising form) with my hands placed wider than my shoulders ( approximately wide enough for my thumbs to touch the outside of each shoulder). I keep a fairly steady pace, and I dont do them till I cannot do them anymore. I dont want to have to struggle on the last few, I also dont feel any benefits to working till failure. I just have a minimum I will do and go in even 5's or 10's beyond that. Generally I have a goal for the day.
