“From a statistical point of view, there is both logic and fallacy in this type of analysis. If multiple regression were used in a scientifically valid manner to create a model (y=b₀ + b₁x₁ + b₂x₂ + b₃x₃, where each x_i represented one of the three independent variables. then there could be some predictive validity. But I would have to see how the data was gathered (imagine that!), the coefficient of determination (r²) value, and a plot of the residuals before I would agree the model was a good "fit" (yes, that is the technically correct word here). I seriously doubt the model is valid.

However, there is also a logical correlation between body size and the size of ones feet, hand, and nose. For example, if a person was very short (say 3 feet tall), then they would "on the average" naturally have smaller body parts than a person who was extremely tall.

That being said, I have never been happier that I have a big nose.”
