i found a company like this on the web and ordered some odd things i didn't have like "lemon juice powder" and "butter powder" and "powdered vinegar". also their prices on things like sage, marjoram, and cardamom (which i love on yams, btw) were much better than the grocery store.

One of the few places on the web for buying Sarbar's Cheese Powder. I need to place an order but have not yet.

Anyone ordered from them? How's the service?

I just placed an order this week for cheese sauce(on sale) and dehydrated veggies (cheaper than Wild Oats). It should be shipping today

i have been buying and dehydrating frozen veggies (rather than fresh). it's a lot more convenient and i think the end result turns out just as good... at least to my undiscerning palate.

I had time last week, so I added a long section at the bottom of the Gear page of links with photos to Amazon, of hard to find items. Including the cheese sauce powder :-D

hey sarbar, the dehydrated ground beef is impressive. i made some for my grand canyon trip and it works much better than I thought it would.

i will say that i think the "food prep tips" of your web site is outstanding but a little hard to find. it's a topic deserving of a separate navigation link, if you ask me. also, you need to ask nesco for a kickback on every dehydrator they sell from our side... lol! :)

thanks again. you and prosecutor are my culinary trail heroes.
