Webshots Products

“Has anyone bought any of the products from Webshots, like photo mugs, t-shirts, etc.? I was thinking about getting one or more little items for stocking stuffers. Prices seem reasonable. Any complaints?”

“I've purchased prints - they turned out fine.”

“Let me recommend two sites. OFOTO and Shutterfly. Try them and see what you think. The best quality prints come from Shutterfly.”

“Just a quick quality control report. I ordered two mugs and a mouse pad using two of my Montana pics (1 and 2) and one of my Mexico pics (3). The mugs turned our REALLY cool, much better than I expected. The mouse pad did not, though, because they cropped it (automatically, I presume). I had added some text indicating the place and date, and they cropped the '2' off of the year 2002. So we'll see how their (eframes) customer service is....”

“Latest update: I ordered some products (can't reveal what the "products" are because TTers will be receiving them at some point!) on Tuesday. In the confirmation email, the order seemed to be screwed up, so I emailed them back. Wednesday I got an email from them saying everything was cool. Friday (today!) the "products" arrived - THEY ARE AWESOME!!!! Wow, what a great system!”

I was wondering if that Webshots stuff was worth having a look at. I'm thinking I can probably do simillar stuff locally for less $$, by the time you add the non-US shipping etc”
