memory stick for digital cam-question

“I just got myself a used Sony DSC-P50 dig cam for cheap!!It is 3x optical/6x dig zoom,2.1 mpix,ccd,etc.The only problem is that it has no memory stick.How much do these cost and how much memory should i get??(I would like hi pic quality and storage for about 80 images)...thanx”

“I just got the dsc-P71. It came with a 16mb stick, but from my previous camera, I knew it wouldn't be enough- I got a 64 mb stick for around $50, it can handle 40 very high quality pics, or 72 standard pics. If you need more, get the 128 mb stick, but I don't know how much that one costs.”

The guy just went bonkers and sold all his posessions.I was in the right place,right time.
The reader alone lists 60-70 bux.
I dont know if the cam is f'ed up but even so i could dump the whole kit on ebay for 100++....
what im stoked about is that its 3x optical zoom:)
My only problem is i wont be able to use this cam on my pc as my pc is from the long lost epoch of 1996!!!(windows95,pentium120,16ram,no USB,hahahaha).”
