A female friend of mine once asked why women bother to get married. I answered that it was because they wanted to have kids. Kids however were not listed by Father Goose and Bitpusher (see what you got yourself into now, Bit?) Is this a big difference between men and women? In general, women MUST have kids but men could take it or leave it?”

Asked what a woman wants and she says, a man that can make me happy. I wanna see that ol` boy and take a good look at him and then see him again after she drains the life`s blood out of him.

Why is it that women expect so much from a man, but look at you like you`ve lost your mind, if you even expect a hot meal out of them?

How do you tell when a woman is pissed off at you, her job, the kids, life, or a bad hair day? That`s right,..she cuts her hair short and then blames you because she can`t do a damn thing with her hair and she hates it and gripes non-stop until it grows back out again.

If they only would quit there, but noooo, no way, they gota have a make over, new clothes, of course new shoes and handbag to match it all. Then there`s that beauty care crud from hell that`s scattered all over and in three different rooms so men don`t know how much is her, or just add on`s.

What`s with those face scrubbers and oil removers and then puttin` that oil-of-0-lay crap right back on there? Oh and that hair care stuff, what a joke that mess is too:)

A woman would freak out, if her man started up usin` all that mess and what`s that mess with squirtin` body mist in the air and walkin` into it?LOL That`s a cool trick to get you to waste it even faster:)

You can smell a woman gettin` ready to go out, the body powders, hair spray, that moose crud, body mists and perfumes. Dang, women must be some stinkin` critters skinned down and scrubed up!LOL

I could get goin` on those body inhancers women do, like puffy shoulder thingies, padded bras, form fittin` hip huggers, things that lift and seperate. It`s gotten to where a man doesn`t have a clue what he`s gettin`, till it`s to late and the wrapper`s in the floor.

And I don`t even want to go into those timely things women come up with to render that monthly bugger under control.

It`s no wonder us men don`t understand women,...hell,... take away all that add on mess they got and they`re just long haired folks that fill out a shirt different, is all. That and that love thing they got about `em,.. gota love `em!LOL”

I didn`t go into that eye care crud either, or face powders, blush, or the other ten different things that went into makin` up that other face she had, or her eyelash scrutcher,..some kinda torture treatment for `em.

I didn`t go into all the sun care products she had either, stuff to darken and tone her skin, to make her roast to a golden brown in the sun`s rays, or to protect her either from the harmful stuff.


I didn`t mention the many things she had for gettin` rid of un-wanted hair either, my all time favorite one was a thing that just rips them buggers outa your hide with a wire coil thingie. I loved to get my guy friends to try that critter out when she wasn`t around to stop me:)

I had enough invested in her mouth to have bought and paid for two more just like her!LOL

She never asked for much, hell,..she had her own credit cards, she just went and got it and never said anything about it:(”

Hey, newgirl is right. Not all women want kids. I don't have the "drive" to biologically reproduce and I am near the end of the possible time to do so at 45, almost, years old. As so many folks are quick to point out telling me that I still have time. HA! I have several girlfriends who are near my age some older and some younger who also feel the same about having kids....NOT! If there was not so much social stigma about it I am sure more women would opt for a childfree life. I just happen to be a non-conformist and proud about it. What if women only got pregnant and gave birth if they really really really wanted the child and were emotionally ready for it? Would that not be a better world? OF COURSE IT WOULD
One of my most fervent aspirations is that we can invent even better methods of birth control so that will be possible. But we also have to change our culture. (and by this I include all cultures around the world) We have to say it's OK for someone especially a woman, to devote themselves to something other than making babies and not be considered "not really mature" or somehow not OK in the head. If you all love wilderness so much please consider that human overpopulation will destroy wilderness in the long run if we let it continue. Is it not then noble to spare the planet the weight of more humans? Let us create new cultural values that bypass the outmoded idea that a woman's true and only fufillment is in her children. Now don't get me wrong. I love children. I am very happy to see folks who really love their kids. It makes me glad to know of devoted fathers and mothers who cherish their children. However it makes me sick to see how my nephew suffered the pain of not being wanted by his father. And I know there are so many wonderful boys and girls out there who would just do anything to have one person who truly loved them and took the time to listen.
OK, so now I got carried away a bit. What this woman wants is for every child to be wanted, loved and cared for. I think almost every woman would agree.”
