Well I'll be working this corner selling pencils by day, and by night...well...ya know.

Meet TT's newest bum!
No sympathy, i'm glad to be away from my last job..just need to find a new one, one that interest me.

If anyone has any good leads let me know..i'm even ejumucated, willing to relocate, and have around 9 years experience.

I was placed in a tough, economically depressed territory with little sales training. I failed to meet my business level goals that were set up from last years business levels. Between those two periods 5 of our major customers folded...the goals...stayed the same.

It's all good..i'm more operationally minded, i really didn't like the idea of bending the truth to 10-12 pple a day in order to push my company.

I have a BS in Commerce and Business Administration

7.5 years experience as a dispatcher/operations manager for a small contract carrier company

1.5 years experience in Outside Sales/Terminal Manager for the #3 LTL carrier.

That's true about majoring in forestry to become a ranger, Opie. Maybe there is something more administrative within the organization that your education, skills and experience could be of use though. If you belong to any hiking-related organizations, putting those on your resume may also increase your odds.

Just a thought.

I looked into the forest service at one time, but would have had to take a lot of classes. One girl I talked to did volunteer work for 7 summers to get in.

Sorry to hear that, Opie.

I tried to tell you that surfing the internet all day at work was a bad thing.

My sister works for the Forest Service. She is out of town, but when she gets back I will ask her if there are many openings for a young man with lots of internet experience.

I'll go anywhere..she's pissed cause i'm looking everywhere...and she wonders why she can't find a job looking only in one small alabama city. I'm open to the Southeast, with definate options to go nationwide

hey Opie, did you work for CF. One of the guys I work with had some products shipped by CF when they went under, took forever for those items to get delivered. Have you checked with Averitt, they seem to be doing very well

Check with Monte Sano SP. They may have an opening for someone to patrol the trail and keep the butt f**kers out.
According to Leatherneck that has been a problem in the past.
