Looking for an extended trip partner!

mountaingen, this place can be wild and wooly, but there are some serious backpackers here, and who knows who lurks. Carefully sift the wheat from the chaff and you stand a good chance of making a connection.

“Yeap . .. matter of factly, I was on the Trail this past weekend!! It is indeed a different kind of place than most trekkers have trekked. Flat, wooded and full of wildlife.
It is as Florida has been for hundreds of years.
Also, in my area (5 minutes down the road) is Cumberland Island National Seashore, a fun place to visit.
My ambition is to obtain the title of Wilderness Guide. (I did have that title in Bermuda,BWI while stationed there while in the Navy) Let me know if I can be of any assistance in your endeavors.

Btw, I've bpacked Montagne Grise near St. Donat, Mt. Sutton in Cantons de l'est, and a few smaller mountains in the Laurentiens near Piedmont.”
