Keep yourself a mystery; run 'em hot and cold
There are several possible explanations, but only one true reason. I'll never tell. It's just something you'll have to find out in time.

I do love geology.
I like, but don't love beetw.
I feel like my roots are in the earth.

But none of those is the real reason.

Geobeet, what's the latest injury report? Still on the disabled list?

Spirit Coyote, it's really Geo"feet". He'll have to tell you why.

See the Good News for Geobeet thread.

Things are progressing. In another week I hope to be putting pressure on it while still in the cast, and two weeks after that I learn to walk all over again (I almost dread the first few steps when I almost fall on my face).

I keep taking my rat poison until the end of March.

Until then y'all can have the Sods to yerselves. After that, look out!

Geobeet, will check out the "Good News For Geobeet" thread. I saw it earlier but thought perhaps you'd just "got lucky" didn't realize it was just about your foot.

Ok, off to check it out.

Yeah, well, it was the leg and ankle. The fibula was broken and the ankle was dislocated. They put on a cut-down fiberglass racing cast, which prompted that thread.

Then came the blood clot which stuck me in the hospital for 10 days and got me onto rat poison for six months to keep clots from reforming.

Life is an adventure.

At least it happened on the last day of the camping trip and I got all my hikes in.

Hey Buddur, that looks wickedly simple and elementary. A nice project for tomorrow night.

Thanks a million. I can use my AK47 bayonet and sheath to cut the hanger. The wire cutter thingy cuts through coat hangers like wire cutters through solder.
