Yes, We Have Snow

“Heard on the news this morning that we got 18" of snow yesterday and more to come in the Cottonwood Canyon's. I will be doing a dayhike/snowshoe (maybe) Sat in that area. Afterwards there is a cookout at our lodge. Should be a fun day if everything turns out right.”

“You're in Augusta, GA. aren't ya? God is it hot there. I lived there (about a mile-and-a-half from Augusta National) right after I got out of Clemson. I hated GA and UGA fans. I moved back to the high side of the river, North Augusta, SC. It was hot there too. But you are right. Both Clark's Hill and the river below the dam are nice and cool. Lot's of wild country and game along the river between the damn and I-20. I only wish I had had a canoe or a sea kayak back then. I live in upstate SC now.”
