Can we get back to BackPacking ??

“without reading this whole thread, for lack of interest. dude, you've been told time and time again you have to root through what you dont want to read. we have periods like this where a bunch(or a couple) people get bored and do what's been going on here today. it'll go away, but i have some advice about learning to backpack
go backpacking, it's your best bet. carry your stuff and see what you don't use. then figure out what you can replace with lighter stuff. ask your questions here and read the answers ignoring the ones you choose to ignore.
if you want to #&%!$ about something you're only adding to the non backpacking stuff which you don't want. ignore it, you have to put up with it in order to not have what they have at Backpacker.com. go check it out by the way, i think you'll like it there.”
