Flintstones, Meet the Flintstones
They're a modern stone age family
From the, town of Bedrock
They're a page right out of history
Let's ride, with the family down the street
Through the, courtesy of Fred's two feet
When you're, with the Flintstones
Have a yabba, dabba, doo time
A dabba doo time
We'll have a gay, old time!

I hate singing on the trail, maybe I'd better stay solo, go ahead or hang back.

A Bunch
Ohh There are a bunch.. Here are a couple

1)
Why does it hurt when I pee?
Why does it hurt when I pee?
Don't want no Doctor to stick no Needle in me.
Why does it hurt when I pee??

I got it from the tiolet seat.
I got it from the toilet seat.
It jumped right up and grabbed my meat.
I got it from the toilet seat.

2)
She came to me
Said she knew me
Said she'd known me a long time.
And she spoke of
Being in love
With every mountain she had climbed.
Then we talked of
Trails we'd walked up
Far above the timberline.

There are nights I
only feel right
With Carolina in the Pines.

3)
Well I'm ridin' along
Singin the same ole' Cowboy Song.
That's been sung a hundred times before.
Ain't got nothing but my name.
And I'm the only man I know to blame.
But I'm livin' I'm happy and i'm free.

Just listen to the wind blow.
Let it blow, Let it blow.
Sand over my trail.
Just listen to the wind be.
Let it be , Let it be.
Hiding under Desert Skies.

One 'n one is eleven!
Two 'n two is twenty-two!
Won't somebody kindly tell me,
What's the government is tryin' t' do...
Dickie's just to tricky
For a chump like me to use
You take that sub-committee seriously, boy
You could get a seizure from the evenin' news

Millions 'n millions of dollars...
Much as he might need...
He could open up a chain of motels, people
On the highway, yes indeed!

Quadrafonic desperation!
Just might be some confinement loaf all up under your bed
If you just might pinch a little loaf in your slumber
The FBI gonna get your number
THE FBI
GONNA GET YOUR NUMBER
THE FBI
GONNA GET YOUR NUMBER
etc.

Tryin' not to worry
Tryin' not to care
But you know, I get delighted
When that soup goes over there

Can't have no private conversation
Nowhere
In the USA
Can't wait 'til the rest of the people all over the the world
Find out their government
Is just the same ol' way
Every day...

The gangster stepped right up,
'N kissed him on the lips good-bye
Made him a coksucker by proxy, yes he did,
An' he didn't even bat an eye!

The man in the White House -- oooh!
He's got a conscience black as sin!
There's just one thing I wanna know --
How'd that ashole ever manage to get in?

I've seen the bright lights of Memphis
And the Commodore Hotel
And underneath a street lamp I met a Southern belle
Well she took me to the river, where she cast her spell
And in that Southern moonlight, she sang a song so well

If you'll be my dixie chicken, I'll be your Tenessee lamb
And we can walk together down in dixieland
Down in dixieland

Well we made all the hot spots. My money flowed like wine
Then that low down Southern whiskey began to fog my mind
And I don't remember church bells or the money I put down
On the white picket fence and boardwalk of the house at the edge of town
But boy do I remember the strain of her refrain
The nights we spent together, and the way she called my name

If you'll be my dixie chicken, I'll be your Tenessee lamb
And we can walk together down in dixieland
Down in dixieland

Well it's been a year since she ran away
Yes that guitar player sure could play
She always liked to sing along
She's always handy with a song
Then one night in the lobby of the Commodore Hotel
I chanced to meet a bartender who said he knew her well
And as he handed me a drink he began to hum a song
And all the boys there, at the bar, began to sign along

If you'll be my dixie chicken, I'll be your Tenessee lamb
And we can walk together down in dixieland
Down in dixieland

Dixie Chicken
Having grown up in Southern Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Mississippi, and gone to college in western Kentucky, and had my first "serious" relationship in that same college (in 1978) , that Little Feat song always strikes a bit close to the bone with me.....We miss ya Lowell...

Miles from nowhere
I guess I'll take my time
Oh yeah, to reach there

Look up at the mountain
I have to climb
Oh yeah, to reach there.

Lord my body has been a good friend
But I won't need it when I reach the end

Miles from nowhere
Guess I'll take my time
Oh yeah, to reach there

I creep through the valleys
And I grope through the woods
'cause I know when I find it my honey
It's gonna make me feel good

I love everything
So don't it make you feel sad
'cause I'll drink to you, my baby
I'll think to that, I'll think to that.

Miles from nowhere
Not a soul in sight
Oh yeah, but it's alright

I have my freedom
I can make my own rules
Oh yeah, the ones that I choose

Lord my body has been a good friend
But I won't need it when I reach the end

Miles from nowhere
Guess I'll take my time
Oh yeah, to reach there

Not exactly a sing-along, but a favorite Cat Stevens number:

I built my house from barley rice
Green pepper walls and water ice
Tables of paper wood, windows of light
And everything emptying into white

A simple garden with acres of sky
A brown haired dogmouse if one dropped by
Yellow delanie would sleep well at night
With everything emptying into white

A sad blue eyed drummer rehearses outside
A black spider dancing on top of his eye
Red legged chicken stands ready to strike
And everything emptying into white

I built my house from barley rice
Green pepper walls and water ice
Tables of paper wood, windows of light
And everything emptying into white

And did you know that he wrote this one? (it's more the sing-along type):

In the midnight moonlight I'll be walking a long and lonely mile.
And every time I do, I keep seeing this picture of you.

Here's comes my baby, here she comes now,
And it comes as no surprise to me, with another guy.
Here's comes my baby, here she comes now,
Walking with a love, with a love that's all so fine,
Never could be mine, no matter how I try.

You never walk alone, and you're forever talking on the phone.
I've tried to call you names, but every time it comes out the same.

Here's comes my baby, here she comes now,
And it comes as no surprise to me, with another guy.
Here's comes my baby, here she comes now,
Walking with a love, with a love that's all so fine,
Never could be mine, no matter how I try.

I'm still waiting for your heart, cuz I'm sure that some day it's gonna start.
You'll be mine to hold each day, but 'til then this is all that I can say.

Here's comes my baby, here she comes now,
And it comes as no surprise to me, with another guy.
Here's comes my baby, here she comes now,
Walking with a love, with a love that's all so fine,
Never could be mine, no matter how I try.

My Lady d'Arbanville, why do you sleep so still?
I'll wake you tomorrow
and you will be my fill, yes, you will be my fill.

My Lady d'Arbanville why does it grieve me so?
But your heart seems so silent.
Why do you breathe so low, why do you breathe so low,

My Lady d'Arbanville why do you sleep so still?
I'll wake you tomorrow
and you will be my fill, yes, you will be my fill.

My Lady d'Arbanville, you look so cold tonight.
Your lips feel like winter,
your skin has turned to white, your skin has turned to white.

My Lady d'Arbanville, why do you sleep so still?
I'll wake you tomorrow
and you will be my fill, yes, you will be my fill.

La la la la la....

My Lady d'Arbanville why does it grieve me so?
But your heart seems so silent.
Why do you breathe so low, why do you breathe so low,

I loved you my lady, though in your grave you lie,
I'll always be with you
This rose will never die, this rose will never die.

I loved you my lady, though in your grave you lie,
I'll always be with you
This rose will never die, this rose will never die

QUEEN
Are you gonna take me home tonight?
Ah down beside that red fire light
Are you gonna let it all hang out?
Fat bottomed girls you make the rocking world go round

Hey I was just a skinny lad
Never knew no good from bad
But I knew love before I left my nursery
Left alone with big fat Fanny
She was such a naughty nanny
Heap big woman you made a bad boy out of me
Hey hey!

I've been singing with my band
Across the wire across the land
I've seen every blue eyed floozy on the way
But their beauty and their style
Went kind of smooth after a while
Take me to them lovely ladies every time

Oh won't you take me home tonight
Oh down beside your red firelight
Oh and you give it all you got
Fat bottomed girls you make the rocking world go round
Fat bottomed girls you make the rocking world go round

Hey listen here
Now your mortgages and homes
And the stiffness in your bones
Ain't no beauty queens in this locality (I tell you)
Oh but I still get my pleasure
Still get my greatest treasure
Heap big woman you made a bad boy out of me

Oh you gonna take me home tonight (Please)
Oh down beside that red firelight
Oh you gonna let it all hang out?
Fat bottomed girls you make the rocking world go round
Fat bottomed girls you make the rocking world go round
Get on your bikes and ride
Fat bottomed girls
Fat bottomed girls

Clockwork is

1) Not for everyone
2) A quite disturbibg portrait of a disturbed mind
3)Definately not for kids.
4)One of the five greatest films of all times.

Long caway back home
From the railhead to the boatyard
From the factory to the farm
From the mine to the millyard
I've weathered the storm
From the bar room to the bedpost
I've wasted my days
All I have is my drink
And the time left to think
While the time slips away

Chorus:
Just look at my face
When you tell me goodbye
You'll see what I'm after
By the look in my eye
Just walk away
And leave me alone
It's a long way back home

Now in case you should ask me
What it is that I've done
I'd say I'm a soldier
Who once had a son
Now my son doesn't know me
That's his right to choose
Oh say can you see
My best friend is me
Those rats in my rafters
They're after my shoes
And anything else
They can find on the shelf
I've said they can use

Repeat Chorus
