REI had some great deals today

“I went to REI today. They are having a great sale. I bought a Columbia fleece jacket for 29 bucks. And a pair of rei zip off pants for 37. and patagonia mid-weight cAPELINE base layer top and bottoms for 28 each...Also they have the new REI anti-shock poles for 75 normally 95. they were just in backpacker magazine. I own these..they are great..you can turn the shock absorbers on and off. Just thought i would let everyone know...aww and by the way..they had the pocket rocket stoves for 31. later”

“I tried the pants out on a mile walk, they did great. Not too heavy, but the right inner leg has a little extra padding, to keep it out of bicycle gears (these are bike riding pants). I can't wait to get them on the trail
