Plans are a dynamic and ever changing thing...
Hey everyone, especially Wasatch..

I know over the last few weeks i have been talking about ny Kings Peak trip this weekend. Well due to 3' of snow above 8000 feet, rain predicted in northern Utah this weekend and two partners who would rather sleep dry than cold and wet (me too), we will be changing our destination.

We are leaving Staurday morning for the "Little Grand Canyon and Virgin Springs CAnyon in the Sab Rafel Swell of south central Utah.

Wasatch, enjoy Coyote Gulch, I'll be about 50 miles due NE of you. Looking forward to good weather and lots of photo ops. This area is known for cliff dwellings, petroglyphs and ruins. I'll post photos as soon as they are available.

I'll report back in on Tuesday with some good details....

I had a feeling that it would be a little too late for that trip. Three feet is not too bad, but I would hate to be the person breaking trail. Maybe later this year, who knows. I hear the San Rafel Swell is awesome also. We had a trip planned last weekend, but because the trip leader thought it might rain he cancelled. I think we should have gone. Well instead we will be going to Coyote Gulch today. I think we will have more fun at Coyote Gulch anyways. Got a new camera and I might have some pics up if everything goes alright. Talk to ya later. Have a nice trip!
