“Mapleleaf: I have been hiking in the woods all of my life. I did my first overnite about 6 years ago with a couple girls from my swim team and got hooked. I have a cat named "coon" - but I promise she would be good to your hamsters

“we have a hamster named Kelly (after the Osborns) and she likes to escape all the time. we went out last Sat, when we came home she was wondering the hallway by the front door and greeted us. so now we have a book on the cage to keep her in side safe and sound because we have rat posion out and we dont want her sick. ive alread had a hamster die that way. its not very nice! yes i paid $50.00 to have the vet put her down.”

I have been to Crivitz a couple times - it's kinda like ... fishing / hunting / fishing / hunting - that's all they talk about - and deer heads hanging everywhere - it's kinda gross.
Don't get me wrong, my dad used to hunt, but there is a limit - I don't want to see deer heads in a restaurant while I am eating ...”

This is one heck of a place! I just had the wonderful pleasure of meeting a bunch of TTer's this past weekend at Jordan River, and am going on an overnighter with a few this coming weekend! You'll find fun people here, and lots of good info. So, put on your thick skin, and jump on in here. Guess I can consider myself one of the lucky few that haven't been hazed either..... ;-) Looking forward to your trip reports and pictures!”
