Road Trip
I finally made it to North Dakota. This place is flat and I don’t care for it that much. I made it to Minnesota in 5 and a half days. The first day I drove from Fairbanks to Whitehorse Yukon. That day I did about 590 miles it took me about 11 and half-hours. But it was cool because there was a little bar in town and I got a little loopy. The second day I drove to fort Nelson B.C. What was a long but nice drive. It was though the Canadian rockies. That day I drove 12 hours and about 600 miles. The third day I drove to Edmonton. I hated that day. It took me 13 hours 700 miles and I got lost in town. It is a big town. I was pissed so pissed. The Canadian can’t label a road to save there a$$. To make a long story short if you ever drive that way take the Calgary trail and forget about looking for Highway 2. The fourth day I made it to Montana. I hate to say it newgirl but the part that I was in sucked. All I seen was hay bails and fields. The only good thing about Montana was that the speed limits where fast. I stayed in MT in a hole in the wall town called Malta. I went to this bar to get a drink and everyone was looking at me. I was the only guy in the place that didn’t have a cowboy hat on, wranglers, and ropers. So I only had one drink and then went to bed at the hole in the wall hotel. That day was a total of about 650 miles and 12 hours. My fifth day I was pissed from being my car for that long. I zoomed to Grand Forks North Dakota and stayed at the Air Base there not much happened that day. I did about 600 miles that day and it took me about 11 hours. And finally the last day. It was a nice 5-hour drive to my dad house. Then that night word got around that I was home and then next thing I knew I was all-drunked up. And I had to walk home from the bar and even got ride of my dinner on the way. It was a bad night. All I did at home was get a new truck and a shotgun. Now I’m in Minot and I really don’t like it. It is flat and that is about it. Oh well it is two years. I miss Alaska!!! But now I’m back on TT so everyone watch out. Budda I’m back with ya!
