yuck on teh liver pudding, but theirs nothing better than a plate of over easy eggs, bacon and buttery cheese grits all mixed together then scooped up with toast

neway, per the theme i l-o-v-e LOVE boiled crawfish (sucking the heads and all). down south that's not a weird food but up north it is.

when i moved back up here i bought some boiled... in the store seafood section... ok, i was suspect but they looked good. AWFUL! the yankees boiled them in plain water. not zatarans, yet alone with potatoes and corn.

last time i had good boiled crawfish was in austin, tx about two years ago. i ate until i nearly exploded. dump them in front of me with a line of cold beer and that is as close to heaven as i get.â€
