“The plan is to hike up the Doghole trail and spend the night at Raven Point and then hike out to the other side the next day. Or...if the folks will agree to do it, we will stay at Small Wilds. I really would like to have a fire and since fires are not allowed at Raven Point, I think we may end up staying at Small Wild campsite.”

“living in Kennett isn;'t so bad...but that's why I spend as much time away as possible. ifn my foot didn't still hurt...I'd head to the Gizzard and hike with the Dude and the Rat...next time.”

“We had a great weekend. Not too hot, nice steady rain and we were both high & Dry in our hammocks. The Fall colors are really starting to come out finally!”

“Where did you stay? Looking forward to next weekend over there. I think I'm going to take my Hennessey Hammock again.”

“We stayed at Raven Point. We tossed 3 red glow sticks on the ground and called that our fire. The Ranger thought it was funny.”
