I can't seem to get the mud stains off the calfs of my pants from 2 weeks ago. Tonight I put Shout all over them and let them soak for an hour and then I washed them in cold water with Gain. Pulled them out of the washer and the stains were still there. Alot of it was gone but it still obvious.

I put more Shout on it and they are washing now. I am fixing to go to Krogers to pick up a few things, any ideas?

Try waterless hand cleaner, the kind a mechanic uses, without pumice. Works great on just about everything.

I hope you haven't dried it yet. If you have, you probably have baked it in permanent.

Good luck.

i just got stains on the butt of my zip-off pants, from slipping on a rock and biting the proverbial dust. i don't mind stains on the legs, but i'd rather not have brown stuff all over my @ss, LOL! it wouldn't come out with that stain-stick stuff... i need to get that "how to get stains out of everything" book...i'm a mess.

Wear those stains as a badge of honor, bbinkley! Stains are good on everything except underwear!
