That's too funny! It's also why you NEVER leave a loaded gun lying around.

That's what happens when you don't handle loaded weapons correctly! Glad it was him and not the dog that got shot!

LMAO @ Lizs

Iowa got the corn and Minnesota got the idiots?

Amen, Geobeet. He knows better; the dog doesn't.

""That's the hard part, talking to people, because you feel like such a fool," he said."

Well, you are a fool for leaving a loaded gun lying on the ground.

Minnesota's got both corn and idiots. One time I was taking some photos in a corn field in Minnesota and this drunk came up and tried to mount me. When he realized his mistake he said he thought I was his filly! Thing is, I believe him. LOL

Did you hear about the time I awoke to find Sarabelle standing over me with the Pulaski?

Another couple of seconds, and I woulda been a goner!

(I think she was pi$$ed cuz I wouldn't let her hunt rats on the nearby cliff that evening.)

Lizs..
drunks try mounting you????...in a corn field????...what were you out waiting for the aliens or what???

I can hear it now...."Hey mister...is that a ear of corn in your pocket or are you just happy to see me". "come here ya big corn dog...and show me your cobb".

Yeah...It's The Dog's Fault Alright
Leaving a loaded gun without the trigger locked is just plain...well...you know.

What a hard way to learn a lesson.

I can't think of any non-emergency reason for a loaded gun to be out of your physical control, regardless whether the trigger is locked, safety is on, whatever.

Hell, I unload my shotgun before I put it down to piss.

Liz, can you precisely define "mount"? Do you mean the drunk tried to ride on you or the other thing?
