I always wondered how camels had sex."

The sexual life of the camel,
Is stranger than anyone thinks,
At the height of the mating season,
It tries to bugger the Sphinx.

But the Sphinx's posterior orifice,
Is blocked by the sands of the Nile,
Which accounts for the hump on the camel,
And Sphinx's inscrutable smile.

There's a town somewhere called Mianis (sounds like my anus). On Jackass they went there and did a bunch of interviews with city leaders asking questions like, "What is there to do in Mianis?", "What kind of things can be found in Mianis?", "How long have you been in Mianis?", "How big is Miamis?".

Metro Detroit's worst street names
http://www.freep.com/news/locoak/clist17_20031117.htm

I used to live near Pall Mall in Sterling Heights - the "cigarette sub". Every street was named after a cigarette brand.

Who approves street names, anyway?

A great-uncle and aunt were the first to build on a road in Crawfordville, FL, and were able to name the road so's to give it an address. My aunt chose "Pine Sreet."

There is a town in WV named Needmore. It does need more, too!

And near Bryson City, NC, there is a road toward Frankland called Needmore. It goes along the Little TN River and then joins Highway 28. All the other south routes go over a mountain range, but this one does not. Helps if your car needs more.
