Hey Mapes! You're back in school huh? (Ive been MIA for quite some time)

I am actually back in school too. I feel a little wierd about going to classes with 18 year olds, but in night school, there are at least a few people closer to my age. It was hard getting back into the whole "taking notes and studying" thing. I kind of forgot how. But, I am looking foward to starting a new career and actually, hopefully, maybe making more money than I did with my music degree ;) I guess we'll see...

I would love to go jack, but our weekends are booked till the end of nov.

someday we will make it out. tree just did his forst backpacking trip in two years, so i am hoping to get him out more!

dont congratulate me yet. thats just based on my college transcripts. since i already have an english degree, and im going back for a secondary ed with english major, ive already knocked out ALOT of requirements. the main things i have left are the methodology and student teaching, a math class, and a few others

fridge, you arent already a dirty old man?

That's good news! My financial aid was plenty too - but be careful, you don't want to walk away with more debt than you need to.

I am hoping to collect a little unemployment this summer to pay for a class or two. Sounds like I might get called back by the last day of school, though.

seriously, tho, im going back for a more useful degree--secondary ed

be careful, you don't want to walk away with more debt than you need to.

thats what ive been wrestling with here lately. i dont want to rack up a bunch more unnecessary debt, but at the same time, im going to be behind on my bills come the end of summer, plus i need a new laptop since my last one crashed. its a balancing act

I am hoping to collect a little unemployment this summer

do you think subs can do that, too? unlikely, i imagine

Naw, you gotta have a full-time job and get laid off. :(

I looked for a full-time teaching job for 2 years. Luckily, I got married in the meantime and G was paying my student loans. ;)

Getting off Manhattan was nightmarish - The Israel Day parade had half the streets closed. But other than that the trip home was fine.

We both really enjoyed seeing you guys :) Thanks for having us!!

We plan on getting back up there again probably next spring - or maybe over Christmas.

A B.S. degree in Biology is designed to provide maximum depth in the sciences and mathematics with less opportunity for free electives. Students who plan to attend graduate school or professional schools, such as those in human or veterinary medicine, most often choose this program of studies.

Further, the B.S. degree in Biology automatically qualifies a student for a minor in chemistry and thus represents more than adequate preparation for employment opportunities that require expertise in both biology and chemistry.

The program leading to the B.A. degree in Biology is designed to allow greater opportunity for free electives. This freedom could be used to pursue interests in areas outside of biology, allowing for a more broadly based Liberal Arts education.

Good, I often wondered how they got phlegm out of people who were all choked up with it. They do a phlegmotomy...and Treebeard will be the guy who does it. Really nice; I hear there's a shortage.
