New Trail In Hoosier.

“There is a new trail in the Wilderness called the 545 trail.It is just off the Grubb Ridge Trail Going North.You will see a sign that says 545 trail starts here.Its a very nice trail it takes you up and over and along Frog Pond Ridge it has nice views and great places to camp on.

“i was looking at the map, and i saw there were three mini-ridges if you walk due south from the turn-off, thats what we must have went over, the frog-pond ridge was what we traversed down. the altitude was really gettin to me, at the top”
