LOL! I remember strohs. well, sort of. Miller lite is big in DC with the lesbian crowd. No, I don't know why nor have they been able to explain it.

I like miller lite, I have always thought of myself as a lesbian.

I also, identify well with lesbians. Though I do like having a real peenis. Once upon a time while bartending a lesbian said "If only....." to me. I replied: "Can't I just put a condom on it and we pretend it's plastic?"

Still a no go for some reason. Oh well.

Kentucky Gentleman Bourbon. The wine is Frontera shiraz.

The store is phenomenal, from the cheapest #&%!$ to the most expensive Malts, it sucks having to buy the cheap stuff.

1.75L Knob Creek is 44 and change there, just 2 bucks above Makers.

I drool at it everytime.

I close my eyes as I pass the scotch section.

You Tequila people should know Mexico is replacing the agaves (tequila cactus) with, yes, corn. With corn over $5.00 bushel, the agave can't compete, because only yuppies are dumb enough to pay the high price for tequila.

My buddy broke open his bottle of 12 year old Dalmore scotch last night. Wow! It's a darker, stronger (43%), petier scotch but still smooth as hell.

Besides... they make special bottles of Sparkling Crap for that sort of thing.

.... so as not to harm a single hair on the head of The Glenlivet, Dom Pérignon or similar.

Went on a tapas tour of a winery in N MI last week. 8 half glasses of wine, and port style firewater, along with 8 little treats made to go with the wine. I know now why they fill the glasses so full. I walked away with $179 worth of wine and all the recipes to make the tapas, and a backpacking corkscrew (as if I'll ever cart a glass bottle of wine into the woods!), a wine wheel, two glasses and a darn good buzz. It was fun.
