our perk test was a joke because we had 3 different people look at it and they had 3 opinions about it....luckily we're just outside of city limits so the codes werre loosened, and impact fees didn't apply.

We're fixing to move to WNC around Sylva or WCU, perhaps even Bryson City, depends on what we see. Really I'd like to rent for now, so's I kin look myself and get to know ppl. I'm looking for a large acre farm, either an old dairy or tubacky farm. But with the prices at what they want(and since Hollywood has seen WNC), I don't know if that's plausible. I am looking at a 100 acre tract about 40 minutes N of Nashville, near the KY border, that's land good enough for a vineyard(I gotta test it first nachurly). That's the foothills of the Cumberland Plateau, plenty of rednecks fer nabes, just what I like. If you can stand/comminicate with local rednecks(which I yam), it really opens you up to much greater possibilities............”
