Alright MMer's, get out yer calendars!
Check out which Saturday in December works for you...7th, 14th or 21st? Or maybe we should just have a new year's eve party?

Anyways, I'm thinking BOB, and some fingerfood to pass. Maybe a white elephant "gear" gift valued at $15 or so, if you want. Our house, unless someone else wants to host it. We can have a little bonfire, plus the house open.

What do you all think?

14th!

Oh, damn, that's my company Christmas party. The 7th I have two other parties to attend, one in Berkly and one in Lansing (which will I choose!), and the 21st I hope to be out of town.

OK, I suck, I can't play with you all in December. :(((

The 7th or 21st, but I can't committ just yet, mainly because like all single men, I supposedly have a committment problem, hehe.

7th is out fer me. I have a show to do. All the rest of the dates work, as far as I know. I will be talking to K later to make sure. If everything works, I wouldn't mine offering up our house. I don't have a fire pit, which rules!, but I do have a fire place. What ever is easiest.

Darn, I was about to say the 7th would work for me. Doesn't look like we'll all be able to get together. I hate missing out!

The 21st would be interesting. K and I will be going to a wedding in Plymouth. We could stop by for a bit. Could work out great, actually.

I'm not opposed to either of the rest.

Just pick one and people will come.

lmao birch, you slay me!

I wish I could come but I'm booked every weekend until Christmas. Have a brandy and eggnog for me!

Speaking of Christmas, Wyatt is throwing a tantrum at this moment because I won't bring up the Christmas tree! Someone must have said something at pre-school or day care. Curse them!

Great idea, Sass, you rock!

I'd love to join y'all for a Christmas party.
I have unalterable plans on the 7th and the 21st. The 14th I'm free, but I may have to go to Jackson again that weekend.

On Dec 21st and the 22nd, I have a rustic cabin reserved up north for a play-in-the snow weekend. There is plenty of room for TT friends to join in. Great skiing, snowshoeing, and hiking nearby. If anyone is interested, I'll post more details.

Sass,
You are the hostess. Pick the date most convenient for you and the guests will come. I'll watch for more details and start planning what to bring! How fun is this?

PS I'm a little bit rock n roll

Okay, First off...BB, you are NOT free on the 7th, you are judging the TC2 entrees, silly.

I'm going to say the 14th. Looks like most of us are free that day. I'm sorry if it doesn't work out for the rest. =(

For the record, BOB stands for "Bring own Beverage" in this instance. I don't want any other kinds of BOBs at this function, it's not that kinda party! ;)

Q, would you like to bring the family or shall we find sitters? My first impulse is to sitterize Abby.

Significant others are welcome, of course.

More details to follow, closer to the date.

Hey, just to clarify...

The white elephant gift exchange was not intended to be gag gifts. A peice of gear (or peices) right around $15.

Okay, Smiley...I have the correct term for you....it's a round robin exchange.

I'd kind of like to have some idea of how many people are coming. Please shoot me an email if you can make it. December 14th, 6:30 or so.
