“I am having doubts that the 6th and 7th book will ever be written. At least not by JKR anyway. Wasn't the next book supposed to be in the bookstores when the first movie opened? I know the publisher is saying all is in good order, but if you had the means to jetset around the world at a minutes notice, attend functions with all the great dignitaries and celebrities around the world would you be all that interested in writing any more of the same old story?

“J.K.Rowling said she never promised a date for the 5th book to be released... she said the media promised something she never said.

I love the way her imagination works, and I think maybe she is lacking some ideas, and feeling the pressure...It must be tough for an author to feel so much pressure.

The 4th book was very thick, but at some points I thought it dragged, wasn't as exciting as the first three.. but I;m sure she was being pressured... I'm curious about the 5th.

I'm sure there will be authors out there wanting to continue the sequel, it's guranteed fame and money! But I wish it was written by someone who would overlook the fame and money side, and did it simply for the pleasure of writing...”

“The 4th book was huge. 700 plus pages. I was surprised my 8 yo read the whole thing. I am sure it is tough to come up with new ideas, but about her saying she never promised a release date, well she has enough money and clout to say she anything she wants. I am fairly certain the publisher felt she had a date set for release, but who is gonna tell JK what to do now.”
