“i don't know much about the pad you're talking about. but i carry a camplite. it's over 2 1/2 pounds, 25 inches wide. not sure how thick off hand but i've never slept anywhere where anything even thought about poking through. very warm also.
on the zaleski trip i think they were calling it the couch when i had it set up as chair. very nice pad.”

“i just checked that le pad out. brandon, that's not the pad i was talkin bout. but, daammmmm, that's a lot of pad. the one i was talking about is only 1.6 in thick, with a rvalue of 4.1 versus 5.1 for the le.
it thought 2,12 was a lot for a pad. that le is 3,7!!!!

“I bought an LE several years ago and it improved my sleeping 100%. I love it and it weighs the same as my old Thermarest Long.

A year ago I added the chair kit and it has been great also.”
