There is one important legal difference, of course, and that is the age of the victims involved. In the case of Mr. Clinton, while his victim might have been in awe of his power, she was of the age of consent. Mt Foley appears to have targeted victims below the legal threshold.

Papa, as for underage..it appears the accuser was legally of age and may have been taunting Foley. As devastating as the total lack of backbone (in the Republican Party ) appears to be what bothers me is that the party of "He was set up, He was enticed to do whatever..." is now the party of "HANG EM HIGH". But you race to destroy, not the criminal but the connected members."

The really instructive part will be the Party response now it is fully aware of the depth of the depriviation. Foley will disappear, if he had a D after his name he would be still be doin the POP-N-STUFF but under more protected enviornment. Heck he even might have a shot at another job.
