I used to work with alzheimer's, severe dementia, final stages. Locked down
unit. Sometimes very crazy but I liked it.”

“everything from kids with ADHD to adults with schizophrenia. i had a couple ladies on my caseload with dementia. i used to visit the one every few months who lived in a state hospital. it was sad. she's now discharged to a medically fragile nursing home. she used to have little people that lived in her purse and she would put food and water in there so they could eat.”

Being a golf course super is exactly why I smoked 3 packs a day. Stress from stupid American golfers expecting perfect conditions 24/7. I hate golf! I threw out my clubs years ago and am damn glad I did. Give me a backpack and real nature over the artifical crap I create any day.
