ugh, can't study......

“Bah! Studying is highly overrated. So is going to classes. I didn't do much of either my super-senior year and still graduated. I also hear that going out and being completely silly after exams helps.

If you're having trouble on an exam - especially if it is an essay exam (blue books *shudder*), have fun. I have some suggestions for essay tests that you know you're not going to do well on.
-Write a short story about mutant marshmallows taking over the helpless grahm cracker and chocolate bar worlds with their nasty campfire space ships.
-Limericks
-Make your essays rhyme like a Dr. Seuss book.
-Write your essays with crayon or chocolate pudding.
-Draw porn.
-Use the answers for your last essay test in Poly Sci verbatum.
-Write spiraling in from the edge of the page.

Whatever happens. Don't sweat it too much. There are very few things in life that have serious lasting consequences.

“sp, that's great advice! :) I think my problem is that I've never taken finals seriously, but this year I'm trying to. I've been happy with just getting by since I started college. I'm trying to raise my standards a little. After finals, I'm snowboarding for 3 weeks straight and drinking til I can swim!”

“I burned out really bad my super-senior year of college. I am considering going back next fall to finally get my teachin license. Grad school means I can't screw around and will have to do well on classes and skippin won't be an option.

I only wish I would have done a few of those things I wrote about above. The only thing I did was write haiku at the end of a blue book exam that I bombed - that was fun. Good luck with finals. Peace,
