“As much as I might enjoy watching Geo hitting on Maple in Treebeard's living room....I will probably not be coming to this party. If the Eagles are playing, I will most likely be watching the game with my dad and my son. Otherwise, I may not even watch the game.

“BTW, Sant! Remember going up to Gainsville for a few parties. That place was a major party outlet.”

“Treebeard - indeed Gainesville is just one big party! It's a big reason why my college career lasted 7 years (okay, I have two degrees, but I took full advantage of the college life). Even without the party factor, Gainesville is a GREAT town. Very laid back, lots of trees, and friendly people.

I have a lot of friends that went to USF. Be nice if their team could get their own stadium, then folks might take their team more seriously. Still, the Bulls are off to a good start.”

“I think we have similar histories in our attitudes towards our academic lives in the past. I was content in Gainsville the times I visited there. But, of course, most of my time was in the Bay Area. Started my radio career there. Used to work at 98 Rcok in Clearwater among other Bay Area stations.”
