BTW. lose the cotton shirts and invest in some coolmax ones, they make a huge difference!

walkindude - I don't know the weight. It was probably between 45 and 60 pounds. Fortunately, I have a strong back. Doing the back extension, I can raise and lower 240 pounds 18 inches 20 times in 20 to 30 seconds. I am now seriously considering going ultra-light.

No Cache. As declared in Section 2 of this trip report:

'I will carry everything needed for 28 days and will not be resupplied in any way.'

Very Impressive. I have done a cashe once with a bear cannister at a halfway point of a trip before. I respect your decession to not use one. Sounds like you've got the planning down to a Science!
