“Sorry your thread on this topic got nuked by the crash Miss Opie. I’ve been trying different software for burning audio CDs over the last few days (just got a CD player for my car) and I wanted to recommend that you buy a burner that comes bundled with Roxio’s Easy CD Creator. It is the easiest and fastest to use of the few I’ve tried. If anyone wants to get really fancy you can buy their Platinum version for $70 at Roxio’s website.” 9:47:03 PM 1/07/03 “Thanks violin” 9:51:01 PM 1/07/03 “de nada” 9:51:36 PM 1/07/03 “I have an IOmega external for my laptop and I have not had any probs with mine. I have the Roxio software and I like it too.” 11:39:47 PM 1/07/03 “I'm using Easy CD Platinum, as well. I've tried Nero, and HP's which I think is a version of Stomp. I'd stick with Easy CD” 11:47:30 PM 1/07/03 “CompUSA has the 48x16x48 TDK VeloCD for $30 after rebates. PCWorld rated it #1. I have that one although I paid a little more than that. Probably won't last long at that price as the new model is out.” 1:46:33 PM 3/02/03 dvd burners “Does anyone have any info on dvd burners. I am interested in one if the prices come down to a more reasonable level.” 2:32:23 PM 3/02/03
