Question for Sarabelle

“My dog Rosco was sick all day yesterday. He threw up all his food (twice) in the middle of the night and hardly ate anything all day and was pretty sluggish. He appears to be doing fine today, and is playing around and even eating again. If he starts throwing up again, I will definetely take him to the vet. I just don't want to overeact.

I was wondering if this could be due to him drinking a large amount of muddy water out of a pool in the middle of the baseball field at the park 2 days ago? My dog has never been sick before and this is the first dog I've owned. He's 4. Any ideas?
