Great gloves
I picked up a pair of these gloves, half because they were on sale, and half because I have a bad case of "gotta buy gear". They are made by Kombi, have a nylon shell, primaloft insulation, and Gore-tex lining.

I didn't use them for the first 4 ski trips we took. I like my windstopper heavy fleece gloves as my hands don't sweat too much in them. I did have to change them at noon. Regular ski gloves wouldn't last til coffee break, I'd need 4 pair of them.

Well these gloves are soft comfy and all day DRY, DRY, Dry. Unbelievable!! My hands are dry, thus warm. Skeetah Bait used mittens which always sweated like crazy and she had to frequently dry them out. We got her a pair of these Kombi's and wow, her hands are al day dry and warm.

They list for $50.00, but you should be able to find them for $30.00, maybe even $20.00. Anyone sees em for $20.00 or less, let me know, I want to get some back ups.

My first pair of Kombi gloves were the GTX model...same construction as yours. I bought them over 12 years ago for motorcycle riding.

The coldest I ever rode with them was in -17C (1.5F) degrees...I was on the highway for half an hour going 120kph (75mph)...that probably put the temperature down to -30C (-22F)...my hands were toasty warm. Great pair of gloves...had to throw them away 4 years ago...they were falling apart.

I have a pair of the Kombi cross country skiing gloves. I sewed them to fix a section where the leather seam pulled apart, but they are a decent glove for skiing. The leather does get wet though, so my next skiing glove, I would not buy with a leather palm.
