Does anyome make it?
I am looking for a Polartec 300 equivalent worth of warmth with the wind stopping capability of either Polartec's WINDBLOC/POWER SHIELD or Gore's WINDSTOPPER...

How About A Patagonia R4 Jacket?
That'd be one badass jacket if anyone made such a thing. Not the kind of thing you'd want to hike with, but definitly something comfy to sit around in.

Can you sew?
What about this Windstopper Polartec 1000 ?

Hmmm...would that be overkill?

in my experience, the Gore windstopper is much better then the polartech windblocker. If they do make such a beast, it would be insanely warm. I was comfortable in 20 degree weather with a thin windstopper vest and marmot midweight base layer. Add my 200 weight jacket and I'm good for a whole lot colder. Where you going? The arctic?

For what it's worth...
Windstopper is good for a fleece jacket, but impedes the breathbility of a w/pf-brthable jacket; just too many laminates.

I just picked up some polartec windPRO fleece pants (REI-Outlet sale $70). On the tag, they do a comparison between windpro and windproof. here are the findings:

30 mph wind - Windpro - 95% blockage
Windproof - 100% blockage

Relative breathablity at 10 mph - Windpro - 17 RET*
Windblock - 3 RET*

* RET value (10 cubed mbar/W/m squared) is the industry standard for fabric breathablity.

I plan on using them without shell in 10 - 40 degree conditions, and with shell in 10 below conditions. With the breathablity factor, these should keep you warm, and dry, while blocking out most of the wind.
