You can get a balaclava with a heatexchanger over the mouth and nose.

3M makes a cold weather mask that looks like, but is a little thicker than their dust mask (and it's blue). In North America you can order a package of four from your pharmacist.

I used to use them for running ans X-country ski-ing because I have asthma.

I wonder if a simple dust mask would do the trick? The dust mask might be enough to keep a little pocket of warm air over mouth and nose?
I will get some dust mask and handwarmers tomorrow. I just got an invitation to visite friends in their 300years old farm house and savely test my sleeping bag at temperatures below freezing.

I have such issues. I've threatened to tape a handwarmer to my nose but never have. I usually wear my fleece neck gaiter over my forehead, pulled down over just the tip of my nose. It works ok. Those masks sound intriguing.

The make a flint and steel mouthpiece for people who grind their teeth that is pretty effective.
