Who cares?
CARDIO - Run back and forth to Home Depot, buying stuff to fix the house.

WEIGHT TRAINING - Do reps with the garbage can as you are taking it out to the street.

STRETCHING - Stretching the truth when your wife asks you what you were doing on the computer so late last night.

DIET - Whatever your wife fixed for dinner that night, and like it.

REFLEXES AND BALANCE - Dodging your wife's fist when you spend too much time staring at the hot young women in the mall, while you're carrying your wife's packages.

MENTAL HEALTH - 12 oz. curls, with many reps. Helps you forget that your miserable life is half over, and you will die soon.

Thank heaven my life is half-over, I can't take much more of the package carrying or the trips to home depot.

I definitely do the stretching part: I tell her I'm reading stuff on "the backpacking web site," which is only rarely true, even if I'm on TT the whole time....
